Diana Bordean has been in the health and wellness industry for ten years, as a personal trainer, physiotherapist, pilates instructor, mindfulness and health and wellness coach. Her journey has not always been easy… but it is through those difficult times that she has learnt and applied what she teaches today, so you can be sure she has self-tested everything before and walked the path herself with proven results.
Diana has helped dozens of people decrease and manage stress and bring more balance into their everyday life. Her passion is to help others on their own health and wellness journey, using the right strategies, concepts and tools. She focuses on a holistic aspect, of mind, body and spirit.
